MORTISE LOCK ASSA 2000
Locks for private houses and apartments where there is a need for the convenience of a thumbturn when the building is occupied but with the possibility to prevent unauthorised use of the thumbturn when the building is left unattended.

When leaving the house you can block the thumbturn with a nipple on the faceplate: the lock will stay in the security position and cannot be open without a key not even from inside. Opening the lock with a key automatically restores the thumbturn function.
